The AGM will be held in the afternoon at Strathlachlan Community Centre (time to be confirmed) and a ceilidh will be held at 8pm at the same venue.

After
an enjoyable weekend at Warwick last year it has been decided to
try Southern Scotland this year. It has been the custom that the
AGM should generally be held further south as the June meeting is
in Scotland but the Border area is still a long way from
Strachur.
The AGM will be held on
8th
November 2008 at
10.30 am in the
Annandale Arms Hotel in Moffat.

Moffat is a lovely small town and is very easy to access from the
Motorway or the railway system.
The hotel is set on the High Street and has ample parking.
Charges are £76 B&B for a Double or Twin room (£38 per person
sharing) and £40 for a single room.
A buffet lunch will be available at £9 a head and coffee &
biscuits at £1.50 per serving. An evening meal can be provided at
£20 per head.
You are welcome to attend the meeting & partake of the meals
whether or not you are staying at the hotel.
Should you wish to book will you please make sure that you mention
that you are with the Clan Maclachlan group as these charges are
lower than the full rate.
